2. Description of Service

Nessoc provides network scanning services powered by Nmap technology. Our Service allows users to scan IP addresses and domains for open ports and security vulnerabilities.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Nessoc only for lawful purposes. You must:

Only scan networks and systems you own or have explicit permission to scan
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to bypass any security measures or rate limits
Not scan private IP ranges, government, or military networks
Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Retention

Scan results are stored temporarily for 24 hours and then automatically deleted. We do not store or share your scan data with third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of scan results.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nessoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice.
